Kristina Belyavskaya
Kristina, a hospitality project manager and consultant, has over 12 years of experience in the hotel, restaurant and catering industry, mainly working with leading international hotel chains.
She managed various projects PROJECTS – SUCH AS NEWLY-built hotels and resorts, restaurants, full and soft renovations, building and brand conversions, – AND HAS an experience in construction site management.
Recent consulting services include amongs others: market research, concept development, planning and analysis, design coordination and development, tenders, project management for new and renovation projects as well as pre-opening services. Kristina is also a proud jury member of THE ANNUAL interior design awards with worldwide projects.
She focuses on compliance with a concept and brand standards, boosting the return on investments with sensible project optimization, value engineering, and the creation of unique guest experience.
Cospitality has been founded to connect ideas with industry professionals - to deliver projects, UNLEASH their maximum potential, and imprinting guest satisfaction in all spaces.
